40 hours per week, Mon - Fri (6am - 2pm) - 27,318





Marshalls Civils and Drainage is a leading manufacturer of precast concrete drainage and bespoke products with manufacturing sites in Pollington and Mells. As a result of our continued success, we are recruiting for an Production Operative known as an Operations Team Member at Marshalls with a background in Manufacturing Production Plant to join our award winning company at our Pollington site.



So what's the mission?



You will be responsible for the safe operation of plant and equipment (inclusive of mechanical handling equipment such as FLTs) to manufacture concrete products to required specifications, contributing to site delivery of safety, quality, waste and OEE targets. You will join the business on our day shift initially, which is 6am -2pm Mon - Fri. Once you are trained up, you will move onto our 12 hour shift. You also have the option to continue on the 6am - 2pm shift if that it your preference.



What are the mission-critical skills?



Previous experience or understanding of working within a Manufacturing Production Plant Concrete manufacturing experience desirable FLT license desirable Team player with attention to detail Knowledge of OEE (overall Equipment Effectiveness) is advantageous Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools is advantageous Excellent English communication and writing skills Clearly defined career path with incremental salary increases at agreed stages.
