Production Operative - Print Manufacturing
Location: Normanton, WF6
Shifts: Part-time / Ad-hoc
Pay: 12.44 per hour - weekly pay plus accrued holiday pay
Our client, a busy print manufacturing company in Normanton, is currently recruiting Production Operatives to support ongoing workload within their bindery department.
This is a hands-on role working as part of a production team, with opportunities for flexible, ad-hoc shifts.
The Role
You'll be working within the bindery, supporting the production of magazines by:

Loading magazine sections into binding machinery
Stacking finished magazines onto pallets
Assisting with general production duties as required

At times, you may be required to work independently, using your initiative to maintain workflow and meet production targets.
This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment, so you'll need to be comfortable multi-tasking, working safely, and adapting to different tasks.
Shift Patterns

06:00 - 18:00
18:00 - 06:00

Key Requirements

Ability to work quickly and safely to meet production targets
Comfortable following procedures, including scanning of work
Able to work as part of a team or independently when required
Good understanding of health & safety practices
Maintain a clean and tidy work area
Willingness to assist with other duties as needed
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Reliable, proactive, and able to use initiative
