Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on utilising both hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks within a warehouse environment.
Pay: 12.21 basic (37.5 hours) Enhanced pay beyond these hours and working Sundays / Bank Holidays
Description: Picking / Packing the required food / oils as instructed by the Supervisor in charge, ensuring the food is ready for distribution.
Duties
Operate various hand tools and power tools to assemble components according to specifications. Follow detailed assembly instructions and production schedules to meet daily targets. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and resolve any issues that arise during assembly. Assist in the movement of materials and finished goods within the warehouse as needed.
