Owlsworth Ltd is a group of specialist construction companies, with dedicated team and facilities for production and sale of lime-based construction materials. Quatra Direct is a leading supplier of bespoke lime-based products--lime mortars, renders, and plasters--serving construction contractors, whilst, its sister company, Old House Store, specialises in traditional lime-based materials, primarily used in heritage and listed properties.

We're looking for a reliable and hands-on

Production Operative

to join our small, friendly team. You'll assist with the production of lime-based building products, help keep the workshop and yard tidy, and support our shop with order picking and preparation.

Key responsibilities:

Support in production of wet & dry lime building products (mortar, render, plaster) including mixing, bagging and palletisation of finished products, Operate forklift in warehouse & production areas as required (training can be provided), Prepare product samples (training will be given), Order picking and loading to assist the shop, Help keep the workshop and yard tidy General housekeeping/maintenance duties, Other duties which may from time to time be required as requested.

Requirements:

Reliable, with strong attention to detail Practical and hands-on, willing to support as needed Positive, team-oriented attitude Basic understanding of manufacturing processes Good awareness of health and safety in a production environment Experience in batch production or operating a batching plant (desirable)
