WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN A PRODUCTION OPERATIVE - SILS DEPARTMENT ROLE AT PICKERING
Reporting to Non Sils and Sils Co Ordinator's, key duties will be;
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble high Quality Reed Relays
Liaise with Production Engineers and Quality Assurance teams to ensure components meet required quality standards using digital measuring tools.
Follow correct manufacturing procedures and conduct basic preventative maintenance, reporting any issues to senior staff.
Operate specialised equipment.
Learn the assembly process of miniature electronic components.
Be flexible and willing to learn new skills in other departments as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: N/A
Experience: Experience in Electronic assembly or small part manufacturing is desirable but not essential.
