Gentex Europe is looking for hard-working, enthusiastic individuals to join their Haydock team as Production Operatives.

Summary:

As a Production Operative, you will be integral to the assembly process, ensuring products meet quality standards and are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring quality control in a fast-paced production environment, while maintaining a safe working environment and contributing to team goals.

Duties:

Working on a production line with other employees to ensure the speedy and accurate delivery of filters to external customers; Using your hands to construct filter devices and manipulate filter materials; Following precise instructions, both written and verbal; Operating test equipment.

Requirements

:

Dexterity (skilled in performing precise tasks with hands); Good time-management, due to the importance of orders meeting delivery timescales and the reliance on all individuals producing output on production lines; Basic mathematics skills i.e. an ability to add, subtract, divide and multiply numbers; Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team; Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control; Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
