Job Overview

Due to continued growth, we are now seeking Production Operators to join our team on either a 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday or 11pm to 7am or Sunday to Thursday shift at our sites in Stonehouse. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling components, and ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires proficiency with both hand tools and power tools to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance. Assemble products according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality. Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.

Experience

Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred. Familiarity with the use of power tools and hand tools in a manufacturing setting. Experience in assembly work is advantageous but not essential. A proactive attitude towards safety and quality assurance in all tasks performed.
