Key Responsibilities

Electronics Assembly:

Soldering and winding components Assembly of wire looms General electronics assembly tasks

Stores Support (future responsibility):

Receive and process goods in; inform suppliers of discrepancies Perform quality checks and arrange returns for faulty material Verify and scan Certificates of Conformity Store material appropriately and apply stock rotation Raise production paperwork from works orders Create sub-assemblies (twist wire, cut cable, assist production) Kit batches and deliver to the shop floor Inform Purchasing Manager of shortages Issue material to production and perform stock checks Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organised work environment

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in soldering, assembly, or stores work (desirable but not essential) Computer literacy Ability to work well in a team and independently Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic knowledge of health and safety practices Flexibility to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities Strong communication skills

Experience:

manufacturing or assembly environments: 1 year (required) winding and soldering: 1 year (preferred)
