Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Assemble components and products according to specifications and production schedules. Operate various power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Conduct visual and functional inspections of components and finished products. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Report defects, equipment issues, or production concerns to the Team Leader. Meet daily production targets and maintain consistent output.

Experience

You must have previous experience in a manufacturing environment. You must be familiar with assembly processes, including the use of power tools and hand tools. Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting while also being self-motivated. Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity. Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production environment. You must be physically fit as you will be required lift and move loudspeaker components.
