Production Operative

What You'll Be Doing:

Ensuring the designated machine is operated and run in accordance with the required production schedule.



Maintaining and striving to improve the company's current health, safety and environmental procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

Visually inspect the machine running and ensure that production is in accordance with the "First Off" sample provided beside the machine and as signed off by the Shift Leader. Carry out the daily preventative maintenance, cleaning and inspection routine of the tool and the machine. Start and stop the machine if there are any quality issues affecting production. Fully support all activities associated with the machine, such as colour, foil, stamp and material changes and quality testing. Provide the correct data input in the Hydra production system and in any manual recordings/documentation. Adhere to all Health & Safety rules and guidelines as notified.

Working Pattern:

You will be working on the Panama Continental Shift pattern, which consists of 12-hour shifts alternating between days and nights, including weekends and bank holidays.
