As a Production Operative you'll be part of a small team, involved in tasks such as checking goods in, selecting ingredients, product packaging, sealing and labelling, assembling products into boxes, loading finishing products to pallets and above all maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment at all times.

Skills for Success

It would be desirable if you had experience working in a kitchen (or similar environment but please don't worry if you have no previous retail or foodservice experience - we'll provide you with all the right training.

Above all we are looking for team members with personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude who know how to make our customers smile and provide the very best experience!

Joining us as Production Operative, the minimum criteria you'll need is:

Previous experience working within a kitchen/production environment

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7 usually between the hours of 6am-5pm. Flexibility will be required in terms of working hours. Shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to discuss shift patterns at interview.
