We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Temporary Production Operative. This role involves working on a rotating shift schedule to ensure smooth operations and continuous support.

Shift Schedule:

Monday to Thursday:

Morning Shift: 06:00 - 14:00 Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 22:00

Friday:

Morning Shift: 06:00 - 12:00 Afternoon Shift: 12:00 - 18:00

Key Responsibilities:

Learning our Essentials on Safety and ensuring safety is the number one priority for all employees Carry out basic quality and testing checks to ensure the customer receives an excellent product Feed raw materials into production machinery Fill various containers on production lines Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfil orders Pack goods to be shipped Maintain work areas and equipment

Context and Environment:

The mission for Bostik Operations is to support top line growth by delivering products matching customers' expectations in terms of Quality & Services level. This has to be achieved in a safe and sustainable way at the lowest cost. The role involves a large variety of manufacturing and filling processes, both manual and automated, with a complex product range and diverse customer demands.

Competencies Required:

Essential:

A good level of education - GCSE or equivalent Strong work ethic and organisational skills Strong safety, quality, and environment mindset

Desirable:

Previous experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced factory environment
