Temporary Production Operatives

to join our manufacturing team from

September onwards

What you'll be doing:

Working on our powder production line (blending, filling, sealing, etc.) Using iPads and computer-controlled systems to run and monitor machines Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and safe Spotting problems and improving how things are done -- we follow

Lean principles

Supporting your team to hit daily goals and continuous improvement targets

You'll need to be:

Comfortable using tech (iPads, systems, and on-screen prompts) Physically able to lift bags (up to 25kg) and be on your feet throughout your shift A good communicator who works well in a team Focused, reliable, and eager to improve how things are done

Bonus points if you have:

Experience in manufacturing, food production, or warehouse environments Knowledge of Lean or Continuous Improvement (or you're keen to learn)

Hours & Contract:

Start date:

Early September

Full-time:

8:30am - 5:00pm (8.5 hours/day including breaks)

Part-time:

4.5 hours/day (timings flexible within shift pattern)

Monday to Friday

Overtime available

when needed (includes Weekends)

Hourly pay:

Competitive, based on experience
