Antrim Hills is a Spring Water and Soft Drinks production company. Due to increasing customer demand, we are looking for factory staff. Trainees are also welcomed.

We are looking for reliable, high-energy & personable people to join our team.

Technically competent and enthusiastic production line operators are required for a varied role within a soft drinks production environment. Trainees are also considered. Food or beverage manufacturing experience would be beneficial but is not essential as on-job training will be provided.

General duties:

Operating a range of production and packaging machines.

Completion of production and quality documentation.

Machine setup during line changes.

Preparation of drink recipes.

Fault investigation and reporting.

General housekeeping and Cleaning of work areas.

Person Specification:

Physical Fitness:

Ability to carry out physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy loads and standing for prolonged periods.

Hygiene & Food Safety:

Maintenance of a clean and tidy working environment. Excellent personal hygiene is essential.

Due to the nature of the working environment, it is unlikely that smokers would be suitable.

Teamwork:

Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.

Enthusiasm:

Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a positive can-do attitude is essential.

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not necessary
