This is to be based at the

Eggborough

site.



Our shift pattern is a continuous 4on / 4 off pattern and works as follows;



2 x 7am-7pm Day Shifts



2 x 7pm-7am Night Shifts



4 x days off





As an

Operator

you will be responsible for the operation of the manufacturing plant in accordance with the agreed company standards and specifications to ensure the safe, continuous, effective and efficient production of excellent quality

Ensuring that customer requirements are fulfilled by carrying out the necessary product and production quality checks to maintain control over the manufactured product Highlighting of any existing or perceived issues to relevant colleagues at the earliest opportunity Working with the internal teams to resolve any issues and ensure that our customers receive great quality product, and reduce risk of non-conforming product being manufactured Work positively to continuously improve our processes by taking ownership of your job and area, and by demonstrating exceptional teamworking and problem-solving skills.
