Annual Salary: 25,000-31,000 dependent on skills & experience

Hours: 13:00-22:00 Monday to Thursday, 13:00-20:45 Friday

About Us

Meridian Technical Services, based in Erith, is a busy and growing factory and part of a global Group with 18 sites around the world. Specialising in fire suppression cylinders. We are looking for pro-active hands-on people to join our team of Technicians.

As a Factory Technician, you'll work in a busy, hands-on environment operating machinery, inspecting products, and assisting with the movement and processing of large gas cylinders. No prior industry experience is required -- full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Operate cylinder processing and filling machinery Perform inspection and quality control tasks Paint spray cylinders in our in-house paint shop Assist with yard work and manual handling of cylinders (typically 5ft tall, 20kg+) Load/unload cylinders using trollies, stillages, and forklift trucks (training provided)

What We're Looking For

Experience using basic tools or machinery (workplace, education, or hobbies) Ability to follow processes and identify irregularities Good communication and teamwork skills Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
