Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the food manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Produce high-quality products for delivery to all our stores overnight. Maintain excellent standards for our fresh product range. Ensure safe food preparation, storage, and labeling. Communicate effectively with the team to work to specific production deadlines. Perform thorough cleaning and complete routine cleaning tasks. Comply with food hygiene and safety standards. Use all company systems and processes. Record relevant checks and information on our systems.

Experience

Previous experience in a packing or food production environment is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent teamwork skills, with a focus on communication and collaboration.
