We're on the lookout for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a busy manufacturing team based in

Warrington (WA5)

. If you're confident using hand tools, can interpret technical drawings, and enjoy practical work -- this could be the long-term opportunity for you.

Shift Pattern (rotating weekly):

Day Shift

: Monday to Friday, 6AM - 2PM -

12.60PH

Late Shift

: Monday to Thursday, 2PM - 12AM -

13.51PH

Weekend Overtime (Optional)

: Saturday -

20.27PH

& Sunday -

27.02PH

Key Responsibilities:

Measuring, cutting, and assembling timber frames to precise specifications Reading and interpreting technical drawings Operating a range of hand and power tools (nail guns, saws, drills, etc.) Maintaining a safe, clean, and productive workspace.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience with hand tools or in a manufacturing/assembly environment Ability to read and follow technical instructions or drawings Strong reliability and references covering the past 2 years
