Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our team in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of production lines while adhering to strict food safety standards and regulations.

Temp to perm contract 13ph (13.50ph when perm) 2PM-10PM / Monday to Friday Overtime available

Duties

:

Packing orders from manufacture and production, picking orders for dispatch, palletising packed products, labelling orders for customers and ensuring this is done within timeframes set by production. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality output. Follow all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe working environment at all times. Assist in training new staff on operational procedures and food safety practices.

Requirements

:

Previous experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining teamwork and communication skills.
