We are looking a flexible, punctual Production Operatives/Assemblers with a can-do attitude to join a progressive Company that is growing and expanding.

You will be primarily responsible for production assembly using automated machinery and hand held tools.

Previous production experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Candidates must be prepared to work on a shift pattern (early start, evening finish e.g. 10.00pm, 12 hour shifts etc.) Exact details will be discussed at interview.

Activities include:

Running semi automated machinery to produce hoses. Other production activities including industrial bench assembly work. To identify rejects and follow the quality procedures for rejecting goods. Ensure the correct process flow is adopted. Ensuring works orders are followed to avoid rejects and ensuring timely completion of jobs to a high standard. Accurately record and enter individual throughput data on relevant paperwork and PC. In support of Health & Safety procedures, at all times ensure that you conduct yourself in a manner safe to self and others.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing, or industrial environment is preferred. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools confidently. Experience with assembly processes is advantageous. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.

Pay: 25,397.00-26,000.00 per year
