Job Description

Job Role:

As a Production Operatives you will be responsible to work as a part of the team to undertake all activities of manufacture, assemble, packing and dispatch of quality product to our customers. The key responsibilities include and not limited to:

1) To assemble the products according to the line specification.

2) To follow relevant work instructions in line with the safe operating procedures.

3) Operate machines and tools in line with our health & safety procedures.

4) To be vigilant in following quality standards and where required keep production manager informed about your observations.

5) To follow any reasonable request that is within the capability and skill level for this job role.

6) Strictly follow our health & safety policies and procedures for manufacturing.

7) Attend training sessions as and when required to gain competency.

The ideal candidate should possess:

1) Good numeracy and literacy skill both written and verbal.

2) Accurate and pay attention to detail.

3) Can demonstrate working in a safe manor.

4) Have the ability to work in a team.

5) Have the ability to work under pressure.

6) Clean and tidy as you work.

Multi Installations Ltd is a leading specialist manufacturer of extensive range of high security front entrance door sets to be used on local authorities, housing association estates and new build block of flats. We are based in Burgess Hill RH15.
