Job Description

Curds, brine and plenty of turning... if you're after hands-on production work, this role in Tain serves up the full cheeseboard. It's physical, fast-paced and proudly full of character - much like the famously bold cheese you'll be helping to craft.

Your day-to-day will involve:

Filling vats with fresh milk to kickstart production Turning, stacking and transferring moulds to racks (some weighing up to 15kg) Brining cheeses and prepping them for the next stage Keeping production smooth with regular washdowns and product movement
