As a Production Operative, you will be an integral part of our lens manufacturing journey. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our production, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will play a vital role in meeting our production targets and delivering exceptional products to our customers.



Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and identifying any issues. Adhere to strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records of production activities. Collaborate with the production team to optimise workflow and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to company cleanliness standards. Assist in inventory management and ensure an adequate supply of materials. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to address any concerns or challenges.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Willingness to work in a rotating shift pattern (6am-2pm/2pm-10pm). Basic computer literacy for data entry and record-keeping. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration. * Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
