Job Description

As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in our lens manufacturing process. Your main responsibility will be to inspect and fit lenses into frames with precision and attention to detail. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has a keen eye for detail. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that each lens is of the highest quality and meets our exacting standards.Inspect lenses for any defects or imperfections. Fit lenses into frames accurately and securely. Ensure proper alignment and positioning of lenses. Follow established procedures and quality control guidelines. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Work rotating shifts, including overtime on a Monday and Tuesday late. Maintain a positive and professional attitude. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred. Attention to detail and a keen eye for precision. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Willingness to work rotating shifts, including overtime. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. A positive attitude and a commitment to quality work.
