Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team at Select Blinds. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient assembly and production of our bespoke window blinds, contributing directly to our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Assemble window blinds according to specifications and quality standards. Utilize power and hand tools safely and effectively during the production process. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the production area. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency. Assist in inventory management within the warehouse as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use various tools effectively. Familiarity with assembly processes and warehouse operations is a plus. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary

Pay: 12.21-13.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
