Position Overview:

We are currently hiring up to two Production Operatives to join our team. The successful candidates will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality pallets and crate. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to start immediately, with a starting wage from 12.21 plus bonus, with overtime when available.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment in the production of pallets. Follow detailed production plans and adhere to safety standards. Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good physical condition, capable of lifting and moving heavy objects. Basic understanding of safety procedures and guidelines. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively. Willingness to work overtime as needed.
