Job Summary



We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our friendly and experienced production team. You'll be responsible for assembling electrical components and wiring harnesses to precise specifications, ensuring every product meets our high-quality standards before it reaches our customers.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in manufacturing or assembly who takes pride in producing accurate, reliable work in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities



Assemble electrical wiring looms, control panels, and cable harnesses according to technical drawings and production schedules. Use hand tools, crimping tools, and power tools safely and accurately. Perform in-process and final quality checks to ensure all products meet required standards. Maintain an organised and tidy workstation, following all health and safety procedures. Work collaboratively with team leaders and colleagues to meet production targets and improve processes. Identify and report any defects, shortages, or issues in a timely manner. Support continuous improvement activities and training initiatives across the production area.

Key Skills & Competencies



Previous experience in a manufacturing or electrical assembly environment preferred. Ability to read and follow technical drawings, wiring diagrams, or assembly instructions. Confident using hand tools, crimping equipment, and measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently to meet deadlines. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
