What you'll do:

Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient running of the plant. Follow all safety, quality, and hygiene procedures--your safety and product quality come first! Keep your work area clean and tidy, including sweeping, shovelling, and cleaning machinery. Carry out basic checks and record key information during your shift. Work closely with your team and other departments to keep everything running smoothly.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience in a production, manufacturing, or similar hands-on environment. Willingness to work shifts (including nights and weekends). Good level of physical fitness--you'll be on your feet, climbing stairs, and lifting. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills. Ability to follow instructions and work safely, both alone and as part of a team.
