Join our team and help shape the backbone of construction -- cutting, bending, and preparing steel reinforcement so every order goes out on time and exactly to specification.

About the Role

You'll be joining a close-knit, hard-working production team that takes pride in quality and reliability. This is a practical, hands-on role that suits someone who enjoys active work and seeing tangible results every day.

Main responsibilities include:

Receiving, sorting, bundling and organising steel for storage and dispatch. Assisting with cutting and bending operations using clear measurements or simple technical drawings. Learning to operate machinery independently once trained (usually within a few months). Checking quality throughout the process to make sure every job meets spec. Packing, strapping, palletising and shrink-wrapping completed loads. Maintaining a tidy, safe workspace and following all site safety procedures. Using pallet trucks -- and, once qualified, FLTs or overhead cranes -- to move materials.

What We're Looking For

Dependable, safety-conscious and ready to learn. Comfortable reading basic measurements and straightforward drawings. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Hours & Pay

Until December 2025:

7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).

From January 2026:

fixed late shift, 2:00 pm - 12:00 am Monday - Thursday, and 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm on Fridays. A

20% shift premium

applies to all hours worked on the late shift (from January).
