Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled production operator to join our team in managing manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a busy factory setting and have experience with operating machines to produce and contribute to our production operations.
This role is for permanent backshift, hours are as follows:
Monday-Thursday - 14.30-23.00
Friday - 11.30-20.00
It is possible that shifts could occasionally change to days as orders fluctuate. Wages will be discussed at interview.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment to produce parts according to specifications
- Assemble and fabricate components using various tools
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications
Factory experience preferable. Have experience with assembly of small components.
Must be able to work as part of a team as well as being able to use own initiative.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
