Growers Garden Limited is expanding, and we're looking for a dedicated
Production Operator
to join our friendly and hardworking team in Cupar. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!What You'll Do:
Operate and support production line activities including mixing, bagging, and quality checks. Monitor product quality and ensure it meets our high standards. Assist with stock checks. Maintain cleanliness and safety across the site. Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.
What We're Looking For:
A team player with a proactive attitude. Someone who takes pride in quality and cleanliness. Willingness to learn and support others. Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a bonus, but not essential. Right to work in the UK required
