Join us as we launch our new facility in Deeside! At ICTUK we are seeking skilled and reliable Production Operators, for either our Paper Mill or Converting Operation, to be part of the inaugural team at our cutting-edge site. You will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining machinery. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our new operation.

Role Responsibilities

:

Continuously monitor the production process to ensure product quality and consistency. Make necessary adjustments to machinery to maintain optimal performance Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery Consistently quality checking products to ensure there are no defects to ensure that it meets quality standards. Maintain accurate production logs and records Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth operation and a consistent workflow. Efficiently operating machinery used in the converting process to produce high quality products.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Previous experience in operating / setting machinery Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ideally would have worked in the paper industry or a BRC accredited factory A positive attitude towards learning and development

Working hours:

This role will be a shift-based position however, during the start up you will likely be working on days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
