A fantastic opportunity to work in an expanding business, the production line operator role is evolving along with the business . You will be responsible for undertaking general production duties across multi production lines.

Filling, packaging and despatching materials on the line, utilising best practice methods to achieve superb OEE as part of a production team, working closely with line feeders and team leaders to ensure downtime is minimized and schedules are maintained along with completing rigorous in process QC checks.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring all products are made to company specifications, reporting any failures to Team Leader Using the ERP platform to allocate materials, generate finished product and close out production works orders Feeding back information on any issues to relevant colleagues to ensure improvements are captured and implemented Help maintain Good Manufacturing Process by keeping work area clean and tidy Ensure all near misses and accidents are reported to management Ensure all relevant check are undertaken
Working Hours: Rotating 2 shifts of 06:00 - 14:00 Mon-Fri, 14:00 - 00:00 Mon- Thurs.

On-site Facilities: Canteen facilities (fridge, microwave etc.), including free tea and coffee. Free on-site parking.

Remuneration & Benefits

Actual Rate of Pay: Pay negotiable depending on experience.
Overtime will be available at premium rates.
Other Benefits Profit Sharing Bonus, 20 days annual leave plus statutory days, increasing by an additional 1 days annual leave during the first 5 years of employment, contributory pension and a super flexible approach to employee support

Pay: 25,396.00-26,500.00 per year
