THG LABS offers a unique end-to-end service specialising in the development and supply of premium beauty and cosmetic products to highly respected brands and retailers on a global scale. We now have over 400 talented individuals working across our sites in Trowbridge, Frome, and Radstock, including a state-of-the-art laboratory and a 98,000-square-foot, ever-developing manufacturing site.

We are now searching for positive and pro-active Filling Operators to join our fast-paced Production Team at our Frome site on a permanent full-time basis.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm (Shift Rotation)

Key aspects of the role

Reporting to the Shift Manager the Filling Operator is responsible for filling, capping, quality-checking and packing products to the correct specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend team briefs to understand daily plans and work orders. Work effectively in a production team to ensure quality output. Monitor product quality throughout the process and report issues immediately. Adapt to various tasks, including filling, packing, counting, and manual handling. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Adhere to hygiene, dress code, and GMP policies. Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers. Follow health & safety procedures, use equipment correctly, and report hazards. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

To be thorough and have a good eye for detail. The ability to work well with others. To be flexible and open to change. Consistently follow all GMP requirements.
