Production Operator - Trimming

to join our production team and help ensure our products meet the highest standards.

We are looking for a candidate to fulfil the role below, this would be to cover a day shift (07:00 - 16:00).

Profile Overview:

Responsible for finishing and preparing manufactured to meet quality and production standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring that products are clean, precise, and ready for assembly or shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery and production lines safely and efficiently Set-up machines according to specifications and perform necessary adjustments to ensure proper functioning Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues Follow production schedules and meet daily production targets Load raw materials into machinery and ensure the continuous flow of the production process Monitor product output for consistency, quality, and adherence to standards Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high standards of operational excellence Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional specifications. Maintain a clean and organised workstation to promote safety and efficiency. Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals. Report any defects, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to supervisors. Assist with packaging and labeling finished products when required. Adhere to all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in a manufacturing, trimming, or assembly role is an asset. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to use hand tools, knives, sanders, or small power tools safely. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50-80kg. Reliable and punctual with a positive work attitude.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced manufacturing or production setting. Exposure to noise, dust, and use of PPE (gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection). Requires consistent attention to detail and repetitive tasks.
