Job Overview



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Production Operator

to support our final inspection and packing processes. This hands-on role is essential in ensuring that all products meet our quality standards before leaving the facility. The successful candidate will carry out visual and functional checks, prepare items for dispatch, and package finished goods with care and precision.

This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in producing high-quality work, enjoy methodical tasks, and have a strong eye for detail. Full training is provided, and you will be joining a supportive and well-organised working environment.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct final visual and functional inspections on products to ensure they meet quality standards. Clean, prepare, and organise items before packing. Accurately pack finished goods using appropriate materials and protective packaging. Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or quality concerns to the supervisor. Follow established procedures and maintain accurate records where required. Ensure all items are labelled, documented, and prepared correctly for dispatch. Support inventory handling, storage, and general production workflow as needed. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to inspection and packing processes.

Skills & Experience



Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work. Good manual dexterity and confidence in handling small or delicate items. Ability to follow structured processes with accuracy and consistency. Previous experience in inspection, packing, production, warehouse, or assembly roles is beneficial but not essential --

. Good organisational skills and the ability to work methodically. Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to stand for periods of time and perform repetitive tasks safely.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
