Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain production equipment according to safety and quality standards.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient workflow.
Monitor the production line for any issues and report malfunctions to the supervisor.
Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet company specifications.
Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of machines.
Keep the work area clean and organized to comply with safety regulations.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate PPE.
Meet daily production targets and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus).
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
Physically fit, able to stand for long periods, and lift moderate weights.
