The Role
We are currently seeking a reliable, strong, and experienced Production Operator to join our dedicated team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment, working to ensure our artisan dairy products are produced and packed to the highest standards our customers expect.
Due to a high training burden affecting our productivity, we are now focusing on hiring candidates with proven production or packing experience who can quickly contribute with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production and packaging machinery for butter and mozzarella manufacturing.
Assemble, pack, and prepare finished products for dispatch, meeting strict quality and presentation standards.
Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organised work area in line with health and safety regulations.
Assist with routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting of production equipment.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience
as a Production Operator, Packer, or in a similar manufacturing role.
Physically fit, dependable, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Strong work ethic, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Familiarity with dairy production or food manufacturing is desirable but not essential.
What We Offer
A full-time, permanent position:
Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:30 or Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30
A starting pay rate of
12.21 per hour
, with potential for growth as skills are developed and demonstrated.
