What You'll Do:

Operate extrusion machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Monitor product quality and ensure standards are met Follow production schedules and deadlines to ensure timely product completion Reporting to a Plant Leader and an ability and willingness to learn, work and contribute effectively to meet goals is essential. Maintain a clean, organised and hazard free work area

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided Good problem-solving skills for trouble shooting machinery or production issues. Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work shifts and adapt to a dynamic production schedule A proactive attitude and reliability
