Hereford Contract Canning is a fast-growing and ambitious contract canning business, proudly partnering with leading drinks brands. Following continued investment and the acquisition of new customers, we are expanding our operations and looking to recruit multi-skilled Packaging Operatives to join our Manufacturing Department.

You'll be part of a dedicated, dedicated team of Operators, working the Panama Continental Shift Pattern (12 hour shifts, 0600 - 1800 / 1800 - 0600).

Key Responsibilities may include:

Safely operate a variety of machinery and equipment within the processing area or packaging hall. Carry out product and can size changeovers in line with standard operating procedures. Blending products to a set recipe and specification. Offloading and loading tankers of product. Clean in Process (CIP) of all tanks and product mains. Perform basic maintenance on packaging equipment. Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with all food safety and product quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the department. Operate forklift trucks to transport raw materials and finished goods.
