THE ROLE
This is an excellent opportunity to join our Invergordon Feed Mill team as a Production Operator. You will contribute to the continuing success of the Feed Mill by producing the highest quality product whilst maximising plant performance and working as part of an effective team. Working to customer demands within a team of seven staff on your shift, running production systems, checking quality data and inputting data and working to customer requirements to a high standard will be some of your varied duties. The flow of work is continuous and demands speed, flexibility, accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL AS FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDE

Ability to follow Production and Quality Work Instructions
Mechanical knowledge
You will be an effective team player with the ability to communicate within all site areas. You will hold a sense of urgency and drive to improve plant performance, reduce downtime and keep a clean, well organised work area.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
You will have an enthusiastic and motivated approach to learning on the job skills whilst being expected to work with minimal supervision in a multi-disciplinary environment. You will be flexible in your approach to your work, as is required in a busy production environment.
