.What You'll Do:
Follow production schedules and deadline to ensure timely product completion Monitor product quality and ensure standards are met Reporting to a Shift Manager and an ability and willingness to learn, work and contribute effectively to meet goals is essential. Maintain a clean, organised and hazard free work area
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work shifts and adapt to a dynamic production schedule A proactive attitude and reliability
