Job Description

:

The Production Operator is responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and maintaining a clean and efficient production line. The role ensures that all manufacturing processes are carried out according to company standards for quality, safety, and productivity. The ideal candidate will work as part of a team to meet daily production targets and maintain smooth workflow operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications. Monitor production processes to ensure quality and consistency. Report any machinery faults or production issues to supervisors. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area. Follow safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment. Record production data and complete relevant documentation. Assist with loading/unloading materials and maintaining stock levels. Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Skills Required:

Basic mechanical and technical skills. Attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures. Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Time management and reliability.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in manufacturing or production preferred. Basic understanding of safety and quality standards.
