We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Production Operator

to join our dynamic team at our cosmetics manufacturing facility. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the production process, across a variety of different lines and products, ensuring the highest quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures. Monitor and adjust processes to ensure products meet quality and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Assist with packaging, labeling, and other production tasks as required. Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications:

Prior experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is preferred (experience in the cosmetics industry is a plus) . Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer literacy and ability to complete production records. Ability to lift and move materials as needed. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
