Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various machinery and equipment, with a focus on quality control and precision. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while adhering to safety standards and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery, including SMD, Pnuemetic and Manual operated machinery. Perform basic programming tasks using manual and automated programmers. Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product specifications are met. Read and interpret work instructions designs to execute manufacturing processes accurately. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of production goals. Handle materials safely, for transportation within the manufacturing facility. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

Previous factory or manufacturing experience is preferred. Ability to use hand tools effectively for assembly tasks. Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks. Experience with quality control processes and materials handling is beneficial.
