Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Hillingdon, London
Contract Details: 12 months with the potential to be extended
Salary: 15.18 per hour
Shift:
40 hours per week. on a rotated shift pattern. 1 week 4am-12Noon (Tuesday to Saturday), 2nd week 8am-4pm(Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:
As a Production Operator, you will:

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance

• Perform quality checks on products to guarantee high standards

• Assist with the setup and maintenance of production equipment

• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures

• Basic troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles

• Experience operating automated machinery

• Certification in health and safety practises

• Teamwork and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment

Technologies:

• Experience with production machinery and equipment

• Proficient in using basic computer systems for logging production data
