Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic engineering shop floor team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are produced efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Duties
Operate and monitor production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Assemble products according to specifications. Maintain accurate records of production output and any issues encountered during the process. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and enhance product quality.
Requirements
Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery relevant to production operations. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required. Candidate must be comfortable with performing repetitive tasks as this is a nature of the role.
Working hours:
8am - 4.45pm Monday - Thursday
8am - 12.30pm Friday
