We currently have a vacancy for

Production Operatives holding a valid FLT licence

to work on a rotating 3-shift pattern (Early, Late, and Night shifts). This is initially a 3-month position, with the potential to become permanent.

About the Role:

As a

Production Operative

, you'll play a vital part in our manufacturing, bottling, packaging, and quality control processes. Working alongside a dynamic team, you'll operate machinery, maintain production standards, and help ensure our beverages meet the highest quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate production machinery and equipment. Monitor machine operations, ensuring quality, accuracy, and conformity. Perform timely machine changeovers and basic maintenance. Accurately record production data to ensure full traceability. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following GMP and food safety standards. Communicate effectively with shift managers, lead operatives and engineers. Adhere to all company health & safety and hygiene protocols. Safely operate a forklift truck to transport materials, pallets, and finished products across the production and warehouse areas.

What We're Looking For:

Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Previous experience in food or beverage manufacturing or FMCG is desirable but not essential. Familiarity with food safety standards. Self-motivated, adaptable, and reliable team player. A valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence is essential for one of the available positions.

Rate of Pay:

Basic pay 12.21ph

+ shift premium for late and night shift
