Production Operatives (Enniskillen)
Due to being awarded a number of new business opportunities we are now actively recruiting for a number of Production Operatives. These roles will involve assisting in all areas of production at the Enniskillen site within a modern, automated, fast-paced manufacturing environment
The role
The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, setting and operating machinery.
Ensuring the timely preparation and distribution of inks to the presses for production
He/she will be able to identify potential safety, quality, and process improvement opportunities.
The successful candidate will report to and receive instructions from the Production Supervisor/Manufacturing Manager
Essential Criteria
Good verbal and written understanding of English
Ability to work on own initiative
Ability to work shifts
Desirable Criteria
Previous experience in a Production environment
Rate of pay : 12.60 per hour plus 20% shift allowance . This totals 15.12 per hour. Pay reviewed again in July 2025
Working 7 shifts in every 14 days.
The role involves working rotating two week shift pattern of day shift and night shift.
