Location: Life Health Foods, Wellingborough
Hours:

Monday-Thursday, 48 hours per week (rotating Days/Nights)

Pay: Competitive hourly rate

12.21+ 15% Shift Premium

to join our factory team.

What you'll be doing:

Cooking grain and preparing syrup for our famous wheat biscuits Producing cooked grain at a rate that matches the process requirements Operating and monitoring packing machines Carrying out quality checks and notifying colleagues of results Resolving (or escalating) machine issues to Engineers Minimising waste by avoiding unnecessary product dumping Performing all packing duties with attention to detail Ensuring only perfectly presented cartons with the correct codes are packed Managing and replenishing packaging supplies during production changeovers Completing production records accurately
